The Day of Aashura

By Hazrat Maulana Yunus Patel (Rahmatullahi ‘alayh)

Allah Ta’ala is Forgiving and Loving and has given us this blessed day of Aashura, so that we repent and make changes in our lives. If we do, then Allah Ta’ala is willing to accept us. Allah Ta’ala does not want us to go into Jahannum; He wants to see us enter Jannah. Allah Ta’ala forgave a nation on this Mubarak Day of Aashura; so we should maximise on the opportunity with abundant Istighfaar and Taubah.

The Day of Aashura is not a day to engage in sins. It should be a day free of sins. Completely free. And our entire lives should then become the same.

Experience of the Ahlullah

Whilst the following is not a Hadeeth, it is the experiences of the Mashaa’ik and Ahlullah …and we limit it to that. We do not say that it is Qur`aan and Hadeeth, but we can draw benefit from the good and wise counsel of the Mashaa`ik:

If a person makes up his mind, is sincere and is determined, and commences some good deed on the Day of Aashura or brings about a change in his life for the better, giving up his bad habits and weaknesses, then Insha-Allah, this will be the medium of Taufeeq to continue in that line of righteousness.

It may be that the person has a drug addiction or porn addiction or gambling addiction – but he makes up his mind that on this day of the 10th of Muharram, he will restrain himself, give it up, and makes Dua that Allah Ta’ala makes this a means of total change, then Insha-Allah, through the Barakah of Aashura, he will maintain Istiqaamat … so long as he keeps far away from those avenues and venues of sins, and distances himself from company that will take him back to sins.

So many people gave up some bad habit on the 10th of Muharram and Alhamdulillah, they did not return to it. They were sincere in their Taubah. They cried and teared before Allah Ta’ala and asked for courage and himmat. Allah Ta’ala assisted them in giving up their sins.

The Day of Aashura is a day wherein Allah Ta’ala accepts duas and gave salvation to people in the past. Allah Ta’ala’s doors of Maghfirat and forgiveness are ever-open. Just as we have Laylatul Qadr and Laylatul Bara`ah, we have blessed days such as Eidhul Adha, Eidul Fitr and Yaume Aashurah.

Just as we prepare ourselves for the big nights, let us also prepare ourselves for this blessed day and set aside some time for Ibaadah, for Istighfaar and Taubah.

Let us make this Day of Aashura the start, walking the path of obedience to Allah Ta’ala and Rasulullah (Sallallaahu 'alayhi wasallam).

…Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Where there is a sincere effort in the right direction, we will most certainly find the assistance of Allah Ta’ala.

ﺍ ﺍ ﺭ ﻣ ﻛ ﺫ و ﺍ ﺍ
Ya Allah! we are so sinful and filthy and disobedient to Your commands!
We are so negligent and tend to fall into ghaflat-heedlessness so easily.
oh Allah! please forgive us,You have absolute power to do so and non can stop You nor will it decrease anything from Your Power and Might, rather You would be happy and pleased as You love to forgive Your wrongful slaves.

we call unto You, oh Master! there  is no one for us but You, please with one wave of Your kindness wash away alll our wrongs against You oh Master of the worlds, oh Creator of the universe, oh The One of True Power and Might, the Ever Living, the Most Merciful of those who show mercy, grant me the taufeeq to live my life to please You only, and grant me success in that and accept it even though it will be highly unworthy of acceptance, innaKa ala kull shay'inn Qadeer

Thul Hijja-take maximum benefit

Sunnats and Aadaab of Dhul Hijja

 1. Dhul Hijja is from the four sacred months of the Islamic Calender. The four sacred months are Dhul Qa’dah, Dhul Hijja, Muharram and Rajab. The rewards of any good deed done in these months are multiplied, and the sins committed
in these months are also regarded as more serious.

Allah Ta’ala says:
The number of months in the sight of Allah is twelve (in a year), so ordained by Him the day He created the heavens and
the earth; from among them  four are sacred.

2. The greatness of the first ten days and nights of Dhul Hijja can be gauged by the fact that Allah Ta’ala had taken a Qasm on the first ten nights of Dhul Hijja in the Qur’an Majeed, and special virtues have been recorded in the Ahaadith of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) regarding these days.

Allah Ta’ala says:

٢﴾(Qasam) By the break of dawn and by the ten nights (of Dhul Hijja) 3. One should exert oneself in ibaadat during the first ten days of Dhul Hijja. Great rewards have been mentioned regarding the ibaadat made during these ten days.

Hazrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, “There is no virtuous deed carried out in any day of the year that can be equal to the reward of (that  virtuous deed) carried out in these ten days of Dhul Hijja”. The Sahabah asked, “Not even Jihaad?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) replied, “Not even Jihaad, except for the one who endangers his life and wealth (in Jihad) and does not return with anything (i.e. the Jihad carried out in the ten days of Dhul Hijja is more virtuous than Jihad during the rest of the year except for that Mujaahid who gains martyrdom).

4. One should fast during the first ten days.  By fasting any of the first ten days of Dhul Hijja (besides the tenth), one will get the reward of fasting the entire year.

5. One should endeavour to make as much ibaadat as possible in the first ten nights of Dhul Hijja. Making ibaadat on these nights earns one the reward of making ibaadat on Laylatul Qadr.

Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, “There are no days in the year wherein the worship of Allah Ta’ala is more beloved to Him than the ten days of Dhul Hijjah. The fast during these days (excluding the tenth) is equivalent to the fast of an entire year and standing up in ‘ibaadah during these nights is equivalent to the reward of the night of Qadr (power)."

Hadhrat Hafsah (Radhiallahu Anha) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) would not leave out four actions: Fasting on the day of Aashuraa, fasting on the first ten days of Dhul Hijja (i.e. besides the 10th), fasting three days of every month; and performing two rakaats Sunnah before the fardh of Fajr.

6. Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has mentioned that Paradise becomes waajib for that person who worships Allah Ta’ala on five nights. i.e. The night of Tarwiya ( 8th of Dhul Hijja), the night of Arafah (9th of Dhul Hijja), the night of nahr (10th of Dhul Hijja), the night of Eid ul Fitr and the night of the 15th of Sha’baan

Hadhrat Muaadh ibn Jabal (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who enlivens five nights of the year with ibaadat, Jannat becomes compulsory for him. The night of Tarwiya ( 8th of Dhul Hijja), the night of Arafah (9th of Dhul Hijja), the night of nahr (10th of Dhul Hijja), the night of Eid ul Fitr and the night of the 15th of Sha’baan

7. It is sunnah for one (who is not in the state of ihram) to fast on the day of Arafah i.e. 9th of Dhul Hijja. Apart from receiving the reward of one year’s fast, two years sins will also be forgiven.

Hadhrat Abu Qataadah (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that once a Sahaabi asked Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam): “O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), what is the reward of the person who fasts on the day of Aashurah?” Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) replied, “It carries the reward of fasting for an entire year. The Sahaabi then asked: “What is the reward of fasting on the day of Arafah. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) replied: “It expiates the (minor) sins of the present year and the previous year.”

Hadhrat ibn Umar (Radhiallahu Anhuma) reports that I performed Hajj with Hadhrat Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) did not fast on the day of Arafah (during the Hajj). I performed Hajj with Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu Anhu) and he also did not fast on the day of Arafah (during the Hajj). Similarly, I performed Hajj with Hadhrat Umar (Radhiallahu Anhu) and Hadhrat Umar (Radhiallahu Anhu) also did not fast on the day of Arafah (during the Hajj), and I then performed Hajj with Hadhrat Uthmaan (Radhiallahu Anhu) and he accordingly did not fast on the day of Arafah (during the Hajj).

8. It is sunnah for those intending Qurbaani not to clip their nails nor trim their hair from the beginning of the month of Dhul Hijja till their qurbaani animal is slaughtered.

Hadhrat Umme Salamah (Radhiallahu Anha) reports that Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whoever intends making Qurbaani, then he should refrain from cutting his hair and clipping his nails from the time the crescent (of Dhul Hijja) is sighted till he completes his Qurbaani.

9. Takbeer-e-Tashreeq should be recited by both males and females from the Fajr of the 9th of Dhul Hijja till Asr on the 13th of Dhul Hijja. The males will recite it audibly while the females will recite it softly after every Fardh salaah. The Takbeer-e-Tashreeq is as follows:

It is reported from Hadhrat Ali (Radhiallahu Anhu) that he would recite the Takbeer-e-Tashreeq from the Fajr salaah on the day of Arafa (9th Dhul Hijja) till the Asr salaah on the last day of Tashreeq (13th Dhul Hijja).

10. One should increase the recitation of the following azkaar during these days:

Hadhrat ibn Abbaas (Radhiallahu Anhuma) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “There are no days in the year wherein the worship of Allah Ta’ala is greater (in reward) and more beloved to Him than the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah. Therefore increase the recitation of tasbeeh, tahmeed, takbeer and tahleel. i.e.سُبْحَانَ الله ، الحَمْدُ لِلَّه ، لَا اِلَهَ إلَّا الله ، اَللهُ اَكْبَر

11.  One must perform Qurbaani if Qurbaani is waajib on him.

Hadhrat Aaisha (Radhiallahu Anha) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “There is nothing dearer to Allah Ta’ala during the days of Qurbaani than the spilling of blood (i.e. the sacrificing of animals). The sacrificed animal shall come on the Day of Qiyaamah with its horns, hair and hooves (to be weighed) .The sacrifice is accepted by Allah Ta’ala before the blood reaches the ground. Therefore carry out the Qurbaani in a condition that your heart is pleased and happy to fulfil the command of Allah Ta’ala.

Dunya« »Aakhirat

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

The honor of this world lies in "Maal"-wealth and the honor of the Aakhirat lies in "A'maal"-actions. Actually the real honor of this world is also found in A'maal but many people do not see this.
The fikr of dunya is darkness and brings darkness into the heart whereas the fikr of Aakhirat is Noor-light. What is going to happen in the qabr, on the day of Qiyaamat, how will I answer? Ponder!

Our DadaSheikh....What a Personality!

{source:Hayat ul Ulama}

Shaykh Hakīm Muhammad Akhtar Rahmatullah alayH

By Sayyid Shah Ishrat Jameel Meer Sahab
Translated By Abu Salih Mu’adh Khan

Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) was born in a noble (middle class) household in the small town of Atheha (UP, India) in the district of Pratapgarh in 1928. The name of his father was Muhammad Hussain (RA) and he was a civil servant. He was the only son of his father with 2 daughters so his father loved him immensely.

Effects of Jazb from childhood:

The effects and signs of Jazb were evident on Shaykh (RA) from very early childhood. His older Sister who was herself a child used to carry him (RA) in her lap to be blown by Imam (Hafiz) Abul-Barakat (RA) who was a Khaleefa of Shaykh (Maulana) Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA). Shaykh (RA) that even at such a young age the walls, boundaries and even the dust of the Mosque was beloved to me. The fact that such a young child felt the love of Allah (SWT) let alone be cognisant of the (sacred) surroundings proves that Shayh (RA) was a born Wali! As he grew (a little) older the love of those close to Allah (SWT) intensified and he used to feel pleased at seeing Ulamah, Hufaz and those with beards.

After completing his 4th year, he requested his father to send him to Deoband to study the Deen. However, his father admitted him into middle School. Shaykh (RA) had no liking for Secular education whatsoever, neverthless he tolerated these days of (secular education) with intense Mujahadah and passed his days.

In those young days when Shaykh (RA) not become Baaligh, he used to leave the outskirts and go into wilderness in a Mosque. Therein he used to pray Tahajjud and cry in the rememberance of Allah (SWT) from the last part of the night until Fajar in secret. A freind of his father saw him and reported him to his father. When Shaykh (RA) emerged from the Mosque near Fajar one day, he say his father standing outside who said, “You are my only son and this wilderness with danger from robbers, thieves and enemies; so don’t come here in the night but pray Tahajjud at home”. Shaykh (RA) agreed and began praying at home. When his father witnessed these events he gave him the nickname of “Maulvi” and his freinds also started calling him “Darwaish” and “Faqeer”.

Learning Yunani Medicine:

After year 7, his father forcefully admitted into Tibbi College (Allahabad) now known as Government Unani Medical College. His father advised him to learn Arabic (Islamic studies) after completing his medicine. In compliance with the wishes of his father Shaykh (RA) moved to Allahabad to stay with his Paternal Aunty. A mile away from the residence was a Mosque known as “Jinnu Wali Masjid (Mosque of the Jinns” and Shaykh (RA) used to frequent it and remain absorbed in the rememberance of Allah (SWT) therein.

Shaykh (RA) used to frequently make dua for his father (RA) for Allah (SWT) to reward him because he forced Shaykh (RA) to study medicine. Shaykh (RA) used to say that knowledge of medicine enables him to not only fully look after the health of his companions but also to ensure that they are prevented from extremes. Shaykh (RA) used to say that I don’t prescribe Wazeefas (litanies) which cause an imbalance of the Humours.

On his day of graduation when he reached his Aunty’s home, he learned that his father has passed away. A state of extreme saddness and distres overcame him but Shaykh (RA) caught hold of himself and went to the cemetary. There, he looked at the grave of his father with insight and consoled his heart that this is the true destination of everyone and to be pleased with the decree of Allah (SWT) is the apex of servitude.

Search for a Shaykh:
Shaykh (RA) was blessed with smoldering love of Allah (SWT) from childhood and was always on the lookout for a personality who was burning with the passion and desire of love (of Allah (SWT). During his days at the college, he used to frequent an elder from the Silsila of Shaykh (Maulana) Fazlur-Rahman Ganj Muradabdi (RA) by the name of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Muhammad Ahmed (RA). He used to remain in his company from Asar until 23:00, daily.

Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Muhammad Ahmed (RA) was a phenomenal personality of powerful Nisbat and immersed in love and he used to love Shaykh (Hakeem) Akhtar Saheb (RA), immensly. If Shaykh (Hakeem) Akhtar Saheb (RA) ever stayed the night, Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Muhammad Ahmed (RA) used to bring his bedding from his home to the Khanqah and spend the night there and he used to say, “Esteemed and respected Ulamah come here but I don’t bring my bedding to the Khanqah for anyone except you”.

In a letter Shaykh (Hakeem) Akhtar Saheb (RA) wrote once, “The love and affection you have for me, there is none in the world like so”.

Shaykh (Hakeem) Akhtar Saheb (RA) love for poetry was developed due to the company of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Muhammad Ahmed (RA) and first couplet indicating the smoldering love was:

My Heart is so restless with the pain of separation

Like a fish restless on burning sand

Bay’ah and Sulook:
Shaykh (RA) then learned that in Phulpur (Azamgarh, India) Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) resides who is one of the prominent Khulafa of Shaykh (Maulana) Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA). A friend described the eye witness account of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) ‘s extreme love for Allah (SWT) and his heart felt trasnfixed towards the Shaykh (RA). Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) decided and made his heart firm on selecting Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) as his Murshid to the effect that his first letter contained the following couplet:

O King, I sacrifice my heart and soul upon you!

Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) responded that it appears that your temperament is composed of love and people of love often traverse the path of Allah (SWT) swiftly. Mubarak on the love of Shaykh as it is the Key of stations of Sulook. He then entered Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) in his Tareeqa and instructed him with certain Adkhaar and litanies.

Presence in the company of the Shaykh (RA):

Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) remained restless and desired to be in the company of his Shaykh (RA) but certain matters prohibited his travel. Finally he got his chance and near the days of Eidul-Adha he travelled to Phulpur after obtaining permission from his mother and arrived there exactly on the day of Eidul-Adha. He (RA) was ecstation and the joy was evident from every nerve in his body. Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) was reciting the Qur’aan with his cap on the floor, hair disheveled and some of the buttons of his shirt undone. Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) describes that his first gaze felt like he was looking upon Shams Tabraiz (RA)!

He (RA) introduced himself that his name was “Muhammad Akhtar” and that he had come from Pratapgarh and intended to stay in the company of the Shaykh for 40 days. Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) instructed his older son to arrange for accomodation and meals and then the connection established which lasted 17 years! 10 of these years were spent in such (hard) Mujahadah which is unimaginable.

Love of the Shaykh (RA), Service towards him and Mujahadat:

The condition of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) in extreme love of Allah (SWT) was strange. He lived in wilderness in a house with no Toilet or other facilities and a person had to go in a nearby Jungle even for the call of nature. A pond was used in the Jungle for Wudhu and Ghusl which was infested with leeches and the water froze during winter months. Immersing oneself in the pond for even a minute felt like being bitten by a scorpion so he used to wash himself and also remove the leeches from his body. There was a well near the Mosque but Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) didn’t drink from it so Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) used to travel to a nearby canal (in the village) over a mile away in extreme hot and cold to bring water for his Shaykh. Thus his day and night were spent in the Service of his Shaykh (RA).

Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) used to say that Akhtar remains (and longs for me) like a breastfeeding child longs for his mother. Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) also used to diligently and efficiently record the Malfoozat of his Shaykh to which Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) remarked that Hakeem Akhtar is even able to record even my complex and complicated sayings. Thus the spiritual and divinely inspired thoughts of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) came to light through his pen.

Even during the lifetime of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) works like Maarifat-e-Ilahiyya, Maaiyat-e-Ilahiyya, Baraheen-e-Qati’ah, impermissability of Alcohol, and Malfoozat of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) were printed after being recorded by the pen of Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA).

Seeking Islamic Knowledge:
He then enrolled him into Darul-uloom Baitul-Ilm of his Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) to seek Islamic knowledge. Some of the companions advised to enrol into Darul-uloom Deoband but  Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) refused and stated his reasons that for him to develop the love of Allah (SWT) is primary while seeking knowledge is secondary so here (at Darul-uloom Baitul-Ilm) I will be able to benefit from the company of my Shaykh as well as seek knowledge. Today the Barakah (blessings) of that decision is plainly evident by many well known graduates of Darul-uloom Deoband being in his Silsila. Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) studied with such dedication that he completed the 8 year course in four years and read some chapters of Saheeh Bukhari directly from Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) therefore, he is also a student via one link of Shaykh (Mufti) Rasheed Ahmed Gangohi (RA) which is a very reputable chain (of Hadeeth).

Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) had stated regarding Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) that not only he is a person of “Nisbat” but his wife is also a person of “Nisbat”. Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) used to say that she has been a constant companion in his life and always stated from the beginning that she will always stay with him, eat what he feeds her and wear in what he clothes her and if he starves then she will starve and if he lives in a Jungle then so would she! She neither made demands of jewellery, clothing, money or belongings but also was never stubborn, she never knew about the trends of this world and whenever I used to enter the house I used to find her engaged in recitation of the Qur’aan. Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) used to say that she was the Rabiya Basriya of our times!

In 1960 when Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) migrated to Pakistan, Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) also accompanied him but due to lack of resources left his wife and young son (Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA)) behind and she spent a year in adverse conditions. Once Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA) was extremely ill so she asked for dua in a letter but neither demanded his return nor complained.

Khilafah:
Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) has instructed that after his passing away those attached to him should refer to the last Khaleefa of Shaykh (Maulana) Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA) i.e. Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abrar-ul-Haq Sahib (RA) which he did. After 2 years he was given Khilafah. This was shown in a dream that Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) had instructed Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abrar-ul-Haq Sahib (RA) to grant him Khilafah but the reality of the dream manifested itself many years later.

Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abrar-ul-Haq Sahib (RA) used to say that we had read in the books as to how people used to serve their Shaykh 700-800 years ago but we never saw the manifestation from our eyes until we witnessed Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) and imagined who those of older times must have been! When Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abdul-Ghani Phulpuri (RA) passed away Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abrar-ul-Haq Sahib (RA) wrote a letter to Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) and said, “Mubarak on serving your Shaykh from beginning to the end”!

Translations and free distribution:

Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA)’s works have been translated into approximately 23 langauges and published including Arabic, Persian, Sindhi, Pushto, Barohi, Saraiki, English, Turkish, French, Russian, Malaysian, German, Hindi, Gujrati, Latin, Portugese, Chinese, Burmese, Bengali, Zwalu, Tamil etc and being distributed free of charge. Thus the benefit (Fay’z) of Hazrat is being felt throughout the world by his works, over 100 Khanqahs around the world and over 200 Khulafa who are engaged in Tazkiyah and Islah around the world.

Personification of Rada Bil-Qadha:
Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) suffered from a massive stroke on Wednesday the 31st of May 2000 which affected the right side of his body and his tongue but from day one the radiance on his face was unmatched even by the most healthy and able bodied individuals. Whenever someone inquired about his health he said Alhumdolillah from the depths of his heart and replied that there is nothing Aafiyah from head to toe.

Alhumdolillah with the Mercy of Allah (SWT) and due to Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA)’s strong willpower and reliance on Rada Bil-Qada the effects of the diseases were somewhat reduced. The speech was fully restored and there was some movement in some of the limbs but the disability was never fully cured but the Fayz (benefit) of Hazrat (RA) increased many folds. He used to conduct one Majlis when healthy but started conducted four (4) after the stroke and these were after Fajar, at 11:30, after Asar and after Esha and each of these Majalis lasted from 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours. The hearts of the Salikeen used to feel the Fayz (benefit) of Hazrat (RA) even more after the stroke.

Establishment of Khaqah Imadidia Ashrafia:
Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar Saheb (RA) originally used to reside in the Nazimabad area of Karachi but upon the instructions of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abrarul-Haq (RA) he laid the foundation for Khanqah Imdadia Ashrafia in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal (area). Subsequently, Madrasa Ashraful-Madaris and Masjid Ashraf was also constructed at adjoining premises of the Khanqah. Alhumdolillah, this Khanqah has become the centre of spiritual benefit in our times and those seeking spiritual enlightenment and those of knowledge regularly visit for Tazkiyah and purification from Africa, America, Britain, France, Germany, Canada, Burma, India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE and other nations.

Passing Away
In 1997 when Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) visited BahawulNagar after Fajar Salah during the Bayan stated that he had come to know about Maulana Niyaz Muhammad (RA) who was the father of Maulana Jaleel Ahmed that he wished to pass away on a Monday and Allah (SWT) fulfilled his desire so I also desire to pass away on a Monday.

Hazrat (RA) was bedridden since 2000 but his benefit continued despite his condition. However his condition had deteriorated considerably and we always feared the worse on Mondays. Five days before his passing away Hazrat (HA) enquired about the day of the week from his son (Shaykh Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA)) and when he was informed that it was Wednesday he shook his head in the negative. Two days later he asked again and when he was informed that it was Friday shook his head in the negative, again. It appeared that Hazrat (RA) was waiting for Monday.

On the 22nd of Rajab 1434 (2nd of June 2013) on Sunday his condition deteriorated even further after Asar. On the 23rd of Rajab 1434 at 19:20 when the Maghrib Adhan was called signs of departure became apparent on him and there were long pauses between his breaths. Noor appeared on his forehead and eventually spread throughout and he passed away.

A special aura of contentment appeared on the face like a tired traveller has reached his destination and this was 19:42 (i.e. 22 minutes since the beginning of Monday). Sorrow spread throughout the Khanqah and people were crying while holding each other. Verily Allah (SWT) fulfils the desires of His friends and his (RA)’s desire for death on Monday was granted.

Thousands had gathered in the Khanqah whose hearts had been pierced with sorrow upon the news of his passing away. Relief was provided by the wills left by Hazrat (RA).

Starting from arrangements for Ghusl it was ensured that all Sunnah (acts) no matter how (apparently) small will be adhered to. Shaykh (Maulana) Muhammad Ishaq (HA) who is Hazrat (RA)’s grandson, his Khuddaam such as Hafiz Ziaul-Rahmaan Farooqi (HA), Brother Mutahhar Mahmood (HA), Hafiz Barkatukkah (HA), Mufti Irshad (HA), Mufti Ghulam Muhammad (HA), and Shaykh (Maulana) Jaleel Akhund (HA) were fortunate to be involved in the Ghusl. Hazrat (RA)’s body was transferred to the Khanqah after Ghusl and Kafan around 22:30 and work on digging up the grave was immediately started which took around 12 hours. Hazrat (RA)’s Janazah reached Jamia Ashraful-Madaris (Sindh-Baluch Society Gulistan-e-Juhar) around 08:00 and Salatul-Janazah was performed at 09:00 which was led by his son Shaykh Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA) as per his will performed by approximately 150,000 people. The cemetery which was designated as “Waqf” by Hazrat (RA) his burial was performed by his grandsons Maulana Ibraheem (HA), Maulana Ismail (HA) and Maulana Ishaq (HA) according to Sunnah and completed around 10:30 and the cemetery was then opened for everyone.

Glad tidings about the cemetary:
A Scholar had a dream that the Madrasa building was being extended and the adjoining graves (in the cemetery) had to be shifted to make room for extension. Before the exhumation the identity of the deceased was revealed and his body (and shroud) was found to be complete and intact thus the body was moved.

Before the second exhumation the identity of the deceased was revealed and his body (and shroud) was found to be complete and intact thus the body was moved.

Before the fourth exhumation the identity of the deceased was announced that he was a sinner and indulged in disobedience (of Allah) which resulted in trepidation as to whether the exhumation should be conducted since there was a chance that the person may be subject to (divine) punishment. However, his body (and shroud) were also found to be complete and intact! And then a sound was heard pronouncing “Because he was buried in the cemetery of My Friends, he was also forgiven!

Shaykh (Maulana) Hakeem Akhtar (RA) on Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA):

Shaykh (RA) had entrusted and deputed all his affairs to his beloved son Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA) the rector of Jamia Ashraful-Madaris and Khanqah Imadadia Ashrafia. He (RA) used to often say that I have only one son but more valuable dear to then thousands of sons.

His love for his son was exemplary. When Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA) used to leave for travelling for any (religious) need Hazrat (RA) used to call often (on the phone) and enquire about his wellbeing and eagerly await his return. When news of his imminent return used to reach him he (RA) used to keep looking at the door and used to leave his place of rest and venture outside of Khanqah to welcome him back. Upon seeing him his face used to fill with delight and tears used to come rolling down his eyes and he used to continue to look at him after hugging him and then considering his (state) used to urge him to take some rest. He used to often say that there is no one on Earth who calls me “Abba (father)”!

Alhumdolillah, even during his illness the Majalis used to continue without delay or cancellations. Towards the end, Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA) used to represent his father (RA). During the last 3-4 years he (RA) used to direct people to make Bayat to Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA) emphasising that he is also Khaleefa of Shaykh (Maulana) Shah Abrar-ul-Haq Sahib (RA) and whoever becomes Bayat on his hands also becomes Bayt with me.

Every Thursday after Esha during the Majlis hundreds used to take Bayt at the hands of Maulana Mohammad Mazhar (HA) and a large proportion of these were students from various Darul-ulooms of Karachi.

Deeni and Spiritual Majalis have continued since the passing away of unabated and seekers of the truth continue to join in morning and evenings and learning about the Love of Allah (SWT) in the light of Shariah and Sunnah.

DU’AA OF NUH Alayhis Salaam.) – WHEN FEELING OVERWHELMED

Anni maghluubun fan-tasir. (54:10)

I have been overpowered so help me. Ameen

This was the du’aa of Sayyidnaa Nuh (a.s.) after 950 years of preaching to a stubborn people. This du’aa is also appropriate when a person feels overwhelmed by great hardships, calamities, serious illness, or enemies.

Understand Tasawwuf

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Moulana Thanwi Rahmatullah alayh said there isn't a single Aayat, a single Hadith in which there isn't Tasawwuf but He says people haven't understood Tasawwuf. What many people; even good, learned people understand Tasawwuf to be? Karaamat. What is karaamat? Honor, Allah gave you honor. But technically we say, karaamat, something out of the ordinary. Like if we have to hear somebody; there's some Buzurg and he flies in the air, all of us will say, "we must go make his ziyaarat, what a great Buzurg!" But the fly also flies in the air and nobody will say a fly is a big Buzurg and "Mr fly please I want to become Bay'at with you, you will give me Ma'rifat of Allah you will teach me, that you fly in the air, what a big Buzurg!" or a mosquito, hey, infact you kill the flies and mosquitoes and if karaamat is to walk on the water, then a fish swims in and how it swims also. So that is also nothing, if we hear some Buzurg is walking on the water, hey he's a great Buzurg man, but it's nothing that.

What is Tasawwuf? Moulana Thanwi Rahmatullah alayh said that Ma'loomat; what you know; Ma'loomaat, make it Ma'moolaat; practice on it. That is all what Tasawwuf is, that you have to practice on it.

My Story of Islaam

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

How a nurse in Germany, gave up her uniform for a shuttlecock burqa!

I had a typical life for one brought up in Western Culture. It was an upbringing, which was highly influenced by materialism and discrimination, without any real aim in life. No one in my family was inclined toward a religious way of life.We were taught, my three brothers and I, early on that this world is a materialistic one, and the goal in life was to acquire the finer things of this world. The method with which we were taught to achieve these things was to firstly get a good secular education free from religious teachings. This was to be followed by securing a good job. A good job was one that would give you a respectable status within the society. This in turn would allow one to develop his self esteem to the fullest and then you could become free to do whatever your heart desired. The belief in Allah was never part of my thinking when I was young. The belief in a Creator of this world and everything in it is taken away while you are very young when you live in the West. We were taught about the Easter Bunny, and Santa Claus and other non-existent personalities. These personalities had the same characteristics as Allah. We were taught that Santa Claus knew everything about everyone and he traveled around the entire world in one night.Later as we got older we were told that all of these things were a lie.  There was no such thing as Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny. This just reinforced our belief that if you can not see something, then it means it does not exist. So the conclusion one reaches after coming face to face with the reality that all of these characters don’t exist is that, nauthu billah, Allah did not exist either. So I completed my education and I became a nurse. This allowed me to get my own apartment, car, mobile phone and other luxuries.I was young and free to do, as I wanted as I was living apart from my parents. I could now enjoy some of the finer things in this dunya that I had dreamed about throughout my childhood.Although my dreams had become reality, I was still not satisfied with my life.Life and Shaitan continued to mislead me.

The job I had, the status in society I had also, but what about starting a family of my own with a loving husband? So I began my search for a life partner. Since religion was not an issue, I began looking in nightclubs, discotheques, the Internet chat rooms, and just about any place I could think of.I adorned my self with make up and wore all kinds of shameless dresses, with the single purpose of catching “Mr. Right”.Since I was German and my family brought me up hating   any human who belongs to another tribe, color or simply showed any sign of which the “German Race”, meaning being a fascist and nazi, did not approve of, ( have white skin, blue eyes light hair and blaming the downfall of the economy on just any foreigner who stepped foot into Germany and taking up jobs that no German would even dare to think of doing below a certain amount of wage ), I tried my best to r.follow my families teachings and those of the German Culture and looked for a typical German cultured life partner and just following the slogan: Deutschland den Deutschen. Auslaender raus!Germany  for the Germans. Foreigners out!And all this while toning my skin to look brown and curling my hair to look like those whom we hated so much! kinda hyprcritical. Hm?But I could never obtain the respect of any man or the rest of society like the western culture’s TV and magazines had promised.I therefore slipped into depression.I started to hate my body and myself and began to change my body so I could turn into the image which the west projects as the perfect woman. But I only succeeded in becoming a shell of my former self, destroying my health and natural beauty and mindset Allah ta’ala created me with, namely being g , good mannered, loving and caring to mankind, respecting  and serving the man of the house and taking care over sick, weak and needy and have shame. However, things were about to change. Mankind plans and Allah ta’ala plans, and Allah ta’ala is the Best of Planners. While working as a nurse it offered me an opportunity to witness many, many people die. No matter what the doctor or nurses did. Respect ,  dignity and feeling pity toward the human body was and has never been a part of modern medicine. The hospital are just places of weird , inhuman experiments on old and sick and the helpless children.Furthermore the false and weird christian religion showed its true face. majority of doctors and nurses are atheists and so was I. Believing that we were in absolute power of doing anything, even to resurrect the dead! But the Truth always struck us full force , but we kept rejecting it and blaming the sick! When the patient was sick or on the death bed the truth could not be withheld. The sick and dying chase the female or male priest out theri rooms ,cursing them for the falsehood they preached, forbidding them to read from the bible .Man times, when i had night shift alone, i witnessed the work of the angles of death. It exactly happened as hadith explained.Patients screamed at me to chase away this fierce looking persons who gives them  pain and scare them .Often the old and young dying patients would call me.. nurse  help me. do you not see these men? Go away. go away!…etc..I was able to see the powerlessness of modern medicine. With all of its x-ray machines, and fancy equipment and the sincere efforts of the doctors and nurses, it could not prevent the patients from dying at their appointed time.As a result, I began to question myself as to what is life’s purpose. All praise is due to Allah, that He planted a spark in my heart that led me to understand that there must be more in store for one after this short worldly life. That spark started me reflecting on the life of my older brother. He had accepted Islam about 10 years before me.Shortly thereafter he left Germany to study in the madrassah in Pakistan. While he was away in Pakistan he wrote letters to me explaining what Islam was really like. He emphasized the important status a woman had in lslam (paradise lies under the feet of the mother and other hadith like that). He also wrote about the importance of keeping oneself covered, modesty shame etc. at the time he was writing these letters, I was not ready to accept what he was saying.I could only think negatively about purdah, and the burqah. These things represented a prison for a young westernized woman like me,  below her dignity to bear children and to love and serve her husband. And the example Muslims life  and interpreted their religion did not bring me close to Islam at all but made me reject the truth even more! However, after analyzing the direction I was going with my life was not correct, I decided to investigate further as to what Islam was all about. After all I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.I could see that obtaining worldly possessions was not the key to happiness.I had most of the things that I had wanted, yet I was still unhappy and thoroughly depressed.I thought maybe Islam had something to offer me.After all, my brother seemed to be happy and I had always looked up to him when I was a child. He was always had been an example to me. Initially I chose to follow and imitate him in many ways to please my mum as she was always in praise of him and to find the way to go.As he knew what I was going through in my personal life, because he did the same things I did before Islam. One day over the telephone ( when wanted to make an end to all again, after breaking up with my life partner, etc,) from Pakistan he suggested I turn to Allah to solve my problems and everything would be alright after that. After some thought, I decided to give Islam a try. It was the best thing I ever did. But the results were not seen immediately.Accepting Islam at first left me very afraid. I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into.I was now alone in Germany (the first thing I had to do was leave my boyfriend and live by myself).I didn’t know any one in the country who was Muslim. How would I learn the prayers and the different things that are halaal or haraam?I was in a difficult situation. So I decided to take a leave from the hospital from where I was working and go to Pakistan and learn the deen from my brother directly.I had no other choice at this time. This would give me the opportunity to learn enough of the deen so I could return to Germany and perform the basic functions of Islam and learn what was expected of me from my Lord.

I arrived at the airport in my western dress, searching for my brother. He came in shalwar kameez along with his wife. The first thing I noticed about his wife was the black burqah she was wearing complete with niqab and netting over that! When I saw this I could only think to myself that I hope my brother doesn’t expect me to dress like his wife! All the negative feelings I had had prior to Islam about the burqa were coming back into my mind.Shaitan had come with a full force attack aimed directly at my weakest point. Then all of a sudden my worst fears were realized. My brother pulled a burqah out of a plastic bag he was carrying and said: come on little sister, it’s time to dress like a Muslim woman! It’s amazing how fast the fear left me after putting on the burqah for the first time. The fear was suddenly replaced by feeling of peace and safety. Now I was being respected as a Muslim woman.Nobody could see how i looked like. no man or women reduced me to only my appereance. There was the  respect that I had searched so hard for before Islam and never achieved it.At last I had found it in Islam after donning the burqah. In addition, I felt more pleased with the way I looked now.I no longer desired to change my looks to please others.I finally became happy with my whole self (both internal self and external self). But this was not enough, I wanted more.I wanted the complete package i.e. the netting over my niqab, gloves to cover my hands and closed shoes along with black socks to cover my feet.I saw that the more I covered myself the better I felt, as I knew that this was the proper way for a Muslim woman to be.When a Muslim woman covers her body from strange men then Allah is pleased with her. This was what I was now striving for.Now when my leave was over from the hospital and I had to return to Germany and go back to work, I no longer felt that Germany could be my home. And when I did return with a different way of dressing, eating, attitude, etc, my old friends either didn’t understand me or didn’t like me anymore and i became a target of mockery and insults. But why? Because I found believe in God, which they all claimed to have and because I chose to cover my body ans hide beauty or ugliness and did not prostitute myself anymore?! They thought I had just gone to Pakistan on vacation and that I didn’t enjoy my trip. They didn’t realize I had gone there to seek a new way of life and this is what had happened. So I then decided to quit my job at the hospital and return to Pakistan with the intention of learning more about my new religion. One month after I arrived, Allah blessed me with a husband. Now the amazing thing here has to be mentioned is:…. My husband is an black american, ex-practicing christian who equally hated whites as much i hated blacks!! wow.. Please read it and let it sink into the brain.I had been blessed with a husband i prayed for since i took shahada!  Awise, tolerant, deeni  and loving husband whom i can respect and serve and have children with and who cares for me no matter ho how sick i am or how i look like! This had been another proof for me that Islam is the absolute truth. Before Islam i would have rather beat up or killed my now husband and i would not have even thought about marrying a man who is quiet some years older than me and not a German! .. smile.Only in Islam man and women have rights which be fulfilled on both sides. Only Islam teaches mutual respect and love and has a uniqe family system which binds together the human race thru brotherhood and sisterhood as we all have our origin from the same parents. Adam and Eve alayhimus salaamNow I try to fulfill the rights of Allah by staying home and remaining occupied with the domestic duties of a wife and mother  of now5 Kids.I keep learning and searching for the truth and halaal only and I’m trying my best to be occupied in homeschooling my children toghether with my husband according to Islam.I’m occupied in preparing my own medical treatments, cosmetics, food stuff and many other things.I rarely go outside the four walls of my house anymore. I have found complete serenity and contentment in my house where I am the queen of my castle. Those rare times that I go out now are only with my husband and with my blue shuttlecock burqah.Or at least a very long and loose black Burqa which is always in accordance of the Sharia!!!!

Special Guidelines

Special Guidelines for those performing Hajj and Umrah

From the noble teachings of our Shaykh and Mentor, Aarif Billah Hazrat-e-Aqdas Maulana Shah Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar Saheb  (Daamat Barakaatuhum)

1.   One should safeguard one’s gaze. In other words, do not look at any man or woman with lustful gazes. People from all around the world are present at the Holy Sanctuaries of the Haramayn Sharifayn. Therefore, one should always be alert and on one’s guard not to glance at any ghayr-mahram, even from the corner of one’s eyes.

When leaving home, one should leave with this firm intention : ‘I will not cast evil glances at anyone.’ Over and over again, one should renew this intention in one’s heart or else the nafs will involve one in casting evil glances.

2.   One should safeguard one’s heart. Meaning one should not entertain evil desires in the heart. Neither should one derive unlawful pleasure from fantasizing about unlawful beauties. Similarly, one should not recall and reminisce past sins and derive pleasure therefrom. If, however, evil thoughts do come into the heart and mind, then one should remember one important point:

If thoughts come on their own, then there is no sin in this. However, if one intentionally fantasizes and brings evil thoughts into the heart, then this is a sin. Occupying oneself in evil thoughts and fantasies is sinful.

3.   Physically, one should not come close to any ghayr-mahram or handsome lads (such lads who are beardless and one is sexually attracted to them).

4.  One should abstain from unnecessary conversation. Busy oneself with useful and beneficial activities such as Tawaaf, Tilawah, Durood Shareef. If one feels tired, then one should look at the Ka`bah Shareef. (This is also an Ibaadah and a means of attaining spiritual reward).

5.    One should not debate over controversial issues, neither should one get into arguments.

6. During Tawaaf, one should not look at the Ka`bah Shareef. When addressing the King, it is disrespectful to stare at him.

7.    If one’s glances unintentionally fall upon a ghayr-mahram woman and the heart becomes attracted to her, then meditate upon the fact that she is the guest of Allah Ta’ala and due to this she is more worthy of respect than one’s own mother.

If one’s gaze unintentionally falls upon her in Madina Munawwarah, then meditate that she is the guest of Allah Ta’ala as well as the guest of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi waSallam).

Similarly, if one’s gaze unintentionally falls upon a young lad and the heart becomes attracted towards him then one should meditate that he is more worthy of respect than even one’s father. This is because, in Makkah Mukarramah, those who are there are the special guests of Allah Ta’ala, and in Madina Munawwarah, they are the special guests of Allah Ta’ala as well as Rasulullah (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi waSallam).

8.  If one becomes inconvenienced in any way in the Haramayn Shareefayn, then one should never complain. Imagine that those who are in the Haramayn are princes and royalty. All they have to do is perform one Tawaaf and ask for forgiveness from Allah Ta’ala. We are not even equal to the dust which settles upon their feet.

9.   If the food is not to one’s liking, then one should not complain about it. One person had complained, saying : “The yoghurt of Madina Munawwarah is too sour, whereas the yoghurt of India is sweet.” He saw Rasulullah (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi waSallam) in his dream telling him immediately leave Madina Shareef. One should perceive everything of the Haramayn with eyes of respect, reverence and love. One should not find faults.

10. One should consider oneself a servant and not one who deserves to be served. One should be a means of giving comfort to others and consider serving them one’s honour.

11. When the gaze falls upon the Ka`bah Shareef for the first time, then one should ask Allah Ta’ala to grant His Sublime Being. Ask Allah Ta’ala to grant you Himself. Supplicate to Allah Ta’ala, saying : ‘O Allah Ta’ala, I am unworthy and underserving but You are Kareem, You are the One Who grants to even the unworthy.’

12.    If one happens to see a dream then one should not mention it to anyone other than one’s Shaykh. If one’s Shaykh is not there, then one should mention it to a caring friend who has understanding of Deen. One should not mention one’s dream to just anybody.

13.   Those who are performing Hajj and Umrah should take great care that even one breath should not be taken in the disobedience of Allah Ta’ala.

May Allah Ta’ala grant us all the ability to practise upon the above-mentioned guidelines.

A tip

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

A good technique when a child misbehaves and carries on for himself is to just carry on normal. Don't even acknowledge the fact that he is whiney and crying and nagging. Speak to him as normal , most importantly calmly and give him some attention but focused on another aspect (not on that he is bothering you now with).

The reason for the performance is that they are thirsty for your attention and care. They want some acknowledgement. So do give it to them but don't allow them to regard this behavior as acceptable.

CADBURY PORK CHOCOLATES
MALAYSIA DECLARES ‘JIHAD’ ON CADBURY

SHOCKED, REVULSED AND ANGERED, MUSLIMS OF MALAYSIA ARE DEMANDING THAT CADBURY’S CHOCOLATE FACTORIES  BE CLOSED DOWN.
THERE IS NO CONUNDRUM IN THE FACT THAT MUSLIMS HAVE ALL ALONG BEEN DEVOURING AND ‘ENJOYING’  PORK CHOCOLATES.
The following  report depicts the mood of Muslims in Malaysia who had been conned into  consuming PORK Cadbury chocolates:
Muslim groups in Malaysia call for holy war against chocolate maker. Confectionery giant accused of 'crossing the line' after pork traces found Dairy Milk Hazelnut and Almond 'tested positive for traces of porcine DNA'
Company recalls two batches of their product amid threats of legal action. Groups call for Cadbury factories to be 'shut down immediately'. Malaysian Muslims have called for a holy war against the confectionery giant Cadbury – after pork DNA was found in some of its products.
A group of more than 20 Malay-Muslim organisations say they want to declare jihad against the chocolate maker after two batches of chocolate products were recalled. The company has said that it was informed that samples of its Cadbury Dairy Milk Hazelnut and Cadbury Dairy Milk Roast Almond had ‘tested positive for traces of porcine DNA’. According to Malaymailonline, a news conference was held in Kuala Lumpur where the groups claimed Cadbury had ‘crossed the line’ and that quick action was now needed.
The website quotes one of the group presidents, Ustaz Masridzi Sat, as blaming social ills in Malaysia on Muslims eating food that was not halal.
He told the news conference: ‘Because the person eats pork it is difficult to guide him to the right path. ‘When the day of judgment comes, that person will be wearing a pig-face because of what he has eaten. ‘We need to unite, we must declare jihad.’ One group chief, Abu Bakar Yahya, claimed the pork traces were part of a wider attempt to ‘weaken’ the faith.
Another called for a nationwide boycott on the Cadbury’s products saying its factories should be ‘shut down immediately’, Malaymailonline reports. The president of the Muslim Consumers Association of Malaysia, Datuk Nadzim, said talks were already underway with Malay NGOs over the possibility of taking legal action. Cadbury said it had been informed of the porcine traces following tests carried out by the Health Ministry."

IT IS WAAJIB FOR MUSLIMS ALL OVER THE WORLD TO ABSTAIN FROM, NOT ONLY CADBURY CHOCOLATES, BUT FROM CHOCOLATES AND SWEETS OF ALL MANUFACTURERS. ALL THESE CONFOUNDED PRODUCTS CONTAIN A MYRIAD OF INGREDIENTS CAMOUFLAGED WITH LONG CHEMICAL NAMES AND E-NUMBERS. IT IS HARAAM COMPOUNDED WITH HARAAM.
THE LONG TERM HARM, DAMAGE AND DESTRUCTION TO THE BODY AND SOUL OF DEVOURING HARAAM, ESPECIALLY PORK,  IS DISASTROUS.
