A Real Gem of a Dua💎

Allāhummarzuqnī ḥubbuka, wa ḥubba man yanfa`unī ḥubbuhū `indak. Allāhumma mā razaqtanī mimmā uḥibbu faj`alhu quwwatan lī fīmā tuḥibb. Allāhumma wa mā zawaita `annī mimmā uḥibbu faj`alhu farāghan lī fīmā tuḥibb. (‘Abdullah ibn Yazid al-Khatami al-Ansari. Sunan at-Tirmidhi)

O Allah, provide me with Your love and the love of those whose love will benefit me with You. O Allah, whatever you provided to me of the things that I love, make them a source of strength for me in pursuing what You love. O Allah, and whatever you kept away from me of the things that I crave, make their absence free up time that I can devote to whatever You love.
Ameen

Of the things of this world that we love, there will be some that we get and others that we cannot. This wonderful du’aa can set our perspective right so neither our achievements nor our failures in getting the desired things distract us from the love of Allah Ta’aala. By subordinating all our loves to the love of Allah Ta’aala, we achieve inner peace and contentment.

Duaa of Shaikh Saleem Dhorat hafizahullah

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem
A wonderful Duaa which should be on all of our tongues....

A gem of a poem

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem
I just can't get enough of this poem which our Shaikh daamat Barakaatuhu always recites so beautifully......please read, ponder and take lesson!

Tired of Life?

Four acts that all the Ambiyaa عليهم السلام practised

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Rasulullaah (SAW) stated that the following four acts were the practice of all the Ambiyaa عليهم السلام:

(1) marriage,
(2) use of the Miswaak,
(3) modesty and
(4) applying perfume.

يا الله...

⏳⌛lost beggar

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

In the end, who am i? What am i?
I am Yours o Allah.

You created me in the first place and up till this very breath you saw to me and all my affairs.

So now, no matter how many times i have forgotten You,
No matter how many times I've been negligent of you
No matter how many times I turned  away from you
No matter how many times I ignored Your calls
And signs
And commands

My only place of return and refuge is
To You
Oh my Beloved Allah

I am here now

And I have full conviction and hope
That it is not too late
And that
You will not turn me away
I will knock and knock
And I will beg and beg

,....and this too Oh my Wonderful Allah
Will only happen by Your desire
Conforming to Your pleasure......

Because in the end
Who am i?
What am i ?

I am Yours o Allah

ثلاثة اشياء

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Nabi salAllahu alayhi wasallam said:

"Allah Ta'ala loves three sounds; the cock's crow, the sound of the Qur'aan being recited and the sound of those engaged in Istighfaar during the hours preceding dawn"

My touched heart....*sigh*

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem
Ther was a sticker stuck on the wall, showing the direction of the Qibla.
The other wall had a huge frame with the glorious Name of Allah Jalla Jalaaluhu hung up. And all round were reminders of what our tongues could flow with to fill up the scales by filling up this waiting time with it.
Three sets of maroon benches and three blue lined the walls. In the corner stood a beautiful carved table with a presentation of  some lovely flowers and casually two Musallahs laid on it's side. Diagnally accross stood a glossy black table with a box placed on it. In the box was a copy of The Qur'aan Kareem and few other beneficial literature.
SubhanAllah!
This is the scene of a waiting room at the dentist!
Allahu Akbar!
Allah Ta'ala surely granted the Arabs honour not for no reason!
This really had an impact on my heart, like, this is how our lives should be. Anywhere, anytime, no matter whart, it should be just so easy to turn to Allah Ta'ala in Salaah, Tilaawat and everything else which will bring you closer to Him.
It doesn't matter.
It is, after all only Allah Jalla JalaaluHu, that truly matters.
Allahumma waffiqna, yaa Rabb!
May Allah Ta'ala grant us the taufeeq, Aameen.
