CADBURY PORK CHOCOLATES

MALAYSIA DECLARES ‘JIHAD’ ON CADBURY

SHOCKED, REVULSED AND ANGERED, MUSLIMS OF MALAYSIA ARE DEMANDING THAT CADBURY’S CHOCOLATE FACTORIES  BE CLOSED DOWN.
THERE IS NO CONUNDRUM IN THE FACT THAT MUSLIMS HAVE ALL ALONG BEEN DEVOURING AND ‘ENJOYING’  PORK CHOCOLATES.
The following  report depicts the mood of Muslims in Malaysia who had been conned into  consuming PORK Cadbury chocolates:
“Muslim groups in Malaysia call for holy war against chocolate maker. Confectionery giant accused of 'crossing the line' after pork traces found Dairy Milk Hazelnut and Almond 'tested positive for traces of porcine DNA'

Company recalls two batches of their product amid threats of legal action. Groups call for Cadbury factories to be 'shut down immediately'. Malaysian Muslims have called for a holy war against the confectionery giant Cadbury – after pork DNA was found in some of its products.

A group of more than 20 Malay-Muslim organisations say they want to declare jihad against the chocolate maker after two batches of chocolate products were recalled. The company has said that it was informed that samples of its Cadbury Dairy Milk Hazelnut and Cadbury Dairy Milk Roast Almond had ‘tested positive for traces of porcine DNA’. According to Malaymailonline, a news conference was held in Kuala Lumpur where the groups claimed Cadbury had ‘crossed the line’ and that quick action was now needed.

The website quotes one of the group presidents, Ustaz Masridzi Sat, as blaming social ills in Malaysia on Muslims eating food that was not halal.

He told the news conference: ‘Because the person eats pork it is difficult to guide him to the right path. ‘When the day of judgment comes, that person will be wearing a pig-face because of what he has eaten. ‘We need to unite, we must declare jihad.’ One group chief, Abu Bakar Yahya, claimed the pork traces were part of a wider attempt to ‘weaken’ the faith.

Another called for a nationwide boycott on the Cadbury’s products saying its factories should be ‘shut down immediately’, Malaymailonline reports. The president of the Muslim Consumers Association of Malaysia, Datuk Nadzim, said talks were already underway with Malay NGOs over the possibility of taking legal action. Cadbury said it had been informed of the porcine traces following tests carried out by the Health Ministry."

IT IS WAAJIB FOR MUSLIMS ALL OVER THE WORLD TO ABSTAIN FROM, NOT ONLY CADBURY CHOCOLATES, BUT FROM CHOCOLATES AND SWEETS OF ALL MANUFACTURERS. ALL THESE CONFOUNDED PRODUCTS CONTAIN A MYRIAD OF INGREDIENTS CAMOUFLAGED WITH LONG CHEMICAL NAMES AND E-NUMBERS. IT IS HARAAM COMPOUNDED WITH HARAAM. 
THE LONG TERM HARM, DAMAGE AND DESTRUCTION TO THE BODY AND SOUL OF DEVOURING HARAAM, ESPECIALLY PORK,  IS DISASTROUS.

Sunnats and Aadaab of Ramadhaan

Part-1

1. Start preparing for the month of Ramadhaan well in advance. Some of the pious elders would prepare six months in advance.

2. Make a timetable for how one will utilise the valuable moments of Ramadhaan.

عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال من صام رمضان وعرف حدوده وتحفظ مما ينبغي له أن يتحفظ كفر ما قبله  رواه ابن حبان في صحيحه والبيهقي (الترغيب و الترهيب رقم 1474)

Hadhrat Abu Saeed Khudri (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whoever fasts the month of Ramadhaan and acknowledges its boundaries and limits and ensures that he fulfils the rights of ramadhann as he ought to fulfil it, all his previous sins will be forgiven.

3. If a person has any outstanding rights in relation to the Creator (e.g. qadha salaah, qadha fasts unpaid zakaat etc) or the creation (e.g. one has oppressed someone or hurt anyone in any way) or any unsettled debts, then before the month of Ramadhaan enters, he should sort out his affairs and fulfil all outstanding obligations in order for him to be able to derive the full blessings of the month of Ramadhaan.

4. Try to gradually increase your ibaadat from before Ramadhaan and get into a set routine of making ibaadat so that it will be easy to carry out ibaadat during the month of Ramadhaan.

5. Engage in plenty of istighfaar and du`aa from before Ramadhaan .

6. When the month of Rajab comes, recite the following duaa abundantly:

اَللّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيْ رَجَبٍ وَّ شَعْبَان وَ بَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَان

“O Allah! Bless us in the months of Rajab and Sha’baan and take us forth to the month of Ramadhaan.”

عن أنسٍ رضي الله عنه قال كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ سَلَّمَ إذَا دَخَلَ رَجَبٌ قَالَ اَللّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيْ رَجَبٍ وَّشَعْبَانَ وَبَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَان  (شعب الايمان رقم 3815)

Hadhrat Anas (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that whenever the month of Rajab would arrive, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) would make the following dua, “O Allah! Bless us in the months of Rajab and Sha’baan and take us forth to the month of Ramadhaan.”

7. With the approach of Ramadhaan recite the du`aa:

اَللّهُمَّ سَلِّمْنِيْ لِرَمَضَان وَ سَلِّمْ رَمَضَانَ لِيْ وَ سَلِّمْهُ لِيْ مِتَقَبَّلا

O Allah! Safeguard me for the Month of Ramadhaan (by making me see the Month of Ramadhaan healthy and fit so that I can take maximum benefit from it), and safeguard the Month of Ramadhaan for me (by making the conditions in it such that I can take maximum benefit from it) and accept it from me

عن عبادة بن الصامت قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يعلمنا هؤلاء الكلمات إذا جاء رمضان اللهم سلمني لرمضان وسلم رمضان لي وسلمه لي متقبلا. رواه الطبرناني في الدعاء والديلمي وسنده حسن. (كنز العمال رقم 24277)

Hadhrat Ubaadah bin Saamit (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) would teach the Sahaabah the following duaa at the approach of Ramadhaan:

اَللّهُمَّ سَلِّمْنِيْ لِرَمَضَان وَ سَلِّمْ رَمَضَانَ لِيْ وَ سَلِّمْهُ لِيْ مِتَقَبَّلا

8. Any nafl (voluntary good deed) carried out in the month of Ramadhaan fetches the reward of a fardh act and the reward of a fardh act carried out in Ramadhaan is multiplied 70 fold.

عن سلمان رضي الله عنه قال خطبنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم في آخر يوم من شعبان…  من تقرب فيه بخصلة من الخير كان كمن أدى فريضة فيما سواه ومن أدى فريضة فيه كان كمن أدى سبعين فريضة فيما سواه (الترغيب و الترهيب رقم 1483)

Hadhrat Salmaan (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) delivered a khutbah on the last day of Sha’baan, (wherein he mentioned): “Whoever intends drawing near to Allah Ta’ala by performing any virtuous deed (nafl), for such person shall be the reward like the one who performed a fardh in any other time. And whoever performs a fardh, shall be blessed with the reward of seventy faraaidh in any other time.

A Young Boy

There was once a man who was an enemy to Islam. He had three famous questions that no person could answer. No Islamic scholar in Baghdad could answer his three questions...thus he made fun of Islam in public. He constantly ridiculed Islam and the Muslims. One day a small boy, who`s age was 10, came along and heard the man yelling and screaming at Muslims in the street. He was challenging people openly to answer the three questions.

The boy stood quietly and watched. He then decided that he would challenge the man. He walked up and told the man, "I will accept your challenge".

The man laughed at the boy and ridiculed the Muslims even more by saying, "A ten year old boy challenges me. Is this all you people have to offer!"

But the boy patiently reiterated his stance. He would challenge the man, and with Allah`s help and guidance, he would put this to an end. The man finally accepted.

The entire city gathered around a small "hill" where open addresses were usually made. The man climbed to the top, and in a loud voice asked his first question.

"What is your God doing right now?"

The small boy thought for a little while and then told the man to climb down the hill and to allow him to go up in order to address the question.

The man says "What? You want me to come down?"

The boy says, "Yes. I need to reply, right?"

The man made his way down and the small boy, age 10, with his little feet made his way up.

This small child`s reply was "Oh Allah Almighty! You be my witness in front of all these people. You have just willed that a Kafir be brought down to a low level, and that a Muslim be brought to a high level!"

The crowd cheered and screamed "Takbir"...."Allah-hu-akbar!!!"

The man was humiliated, but he boldly asked his Second question... "What existed before your God?"

The small child thought and thought.

Then he asked the man to count backwards. "Count from 10 backwards."

The man counted..."10, 9 ,8 , 7 , 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1,0"

The boy asked, "What comes before 0 ?"

The man: "I don`t know...nothing."

The boy: "Exactly. Nothing was before Allah, for He is eternal and absolute."

The crowd cheered again...."Takbir!"...."Allah-hu-akbar!!!!"

The man, now completely frustrated, asked his final question. "In which direction is your Allah facing?"

The boy thought and thought.

He then asked for a candle. A candle was brought to him. The blessed child handed it to the man and asked him to light it.

The man did so and remarked, "What is this supposed to prove?"

The young boy asked, "In which direction is light from the candle going?"

The man responded, "It is going in all directions."

The boy: "You have answered your own question. Allah`s light (noor) goes in all directions. He is everywhere. There is no where that He cannot be found.

"The crowd cheered again...."Takbir!"...."Allah-hu-akbar!!!"

The man was so impressed and so moved by the boy`s knowledge and spirituality, that he embraced Islam and became a student of the young boy.

So ended the debate.

The young boy was one of our leaders and one of the greatest scholars, Imam Abu Hanîfa (May Allah bless him).

The manner in which we live nowadays, where with the types of advertising, we want a new car, a new house, new furniture, etc. So we then go and ask the banks, whereas we could suffice with lesser than that. Now this is how the banks thrive. They thrive on our greed. If we live just to our needs then the banks will have no business. What we need is contentment and the satisfaction of the heart. Look at the labourers we have. They enjoy life and appreciate the R 100 or R 200 that they earn for the day. They have this contentment. If we have this mindset then we will be happy for everyone. We should learn the masnoon du‘aa: “Allahummaghfir lee zambee wa wassi’ lee khuluqee wa tayyib lee kasbee wa qanni’nee bema razaqtani wa laa tuzhib talabee ilaa shay’in sarraftahu ‘anni”. The meaning of “wa wassi’lee khuluqee” is: broaden my chest i.e. I will be able to accommodate all situations and have a broad charisma. For example, the daughter lost her husband. Now you do not feel that I have to sit for four months with my daughter and I have to take care of her. Instead you will understand that the best sadaqah is money spent on the daughter that has come back to your home.

"Muslim" cruise ship

May Allah Ta'ala increase Moulana Dawood Sahib tremendously for the much needed guidance on this malady that has taken the South African Muslim community by storm,it is the new 'in thing' to go on these ship cruises.

Halaal ship cruise

‘Lets leave all the Fatwas, lets leave everything else we are busy listening to the sacrifice and Qurbaani of Sahaaba (Radhiallahu Anhum), Nabie-Karrim (Sallahu alayhi wasallam) Sacrifice and all of that. With all this in mind, I ask you to compare this whole thing to a ship cruise, ‘Muslim ship cruise’ or Kaafir ship cruise whatever it may be. Can you marry the boat? Can you marry the boat on that boat? Leave everything else, leave which radio station is advertising, leave which presenters are going to be onboard, leave which Mufti said its permissible, leave all the technicalities and justification, leave all these things aside. This is our deen, what we read now (about the sacrifice of Sahaabah etc), is our Deen. This is theAsal this is the Mizaaj of Shariat. Now can you take this and marry it with the cruise? Does a cruise feature anywhere in this? Can you fit it in somewhere here? If you can fit it in then well and good and if you can’t fit it in then know that this type of thing is very far away from our Deen. Who can justify it, what fatwas can be passed, but at the end of the day this is not the Mizaaj of our Deen. This is not the Mizaaj of Shariah....
.. I am asking you, put your hand on your heart and ask yourself this question, that this is the history of my Deen, I am a Muslim, this is where I come from, Can I fit a cruise into this life of mine? This is how my life is supposed to be, Does this cruise feature anywhere in my life? Whatever answer you get, you practice on that. Ask your heart...
...Our Hadhrat (Ml. Yunus Patel Rahmatullah alayh) used to say, will we be comfortable with taking Nabi (Sallahu alayhi wasallam) to our homes right now?, If it was possible will we be comfortable?. And let him go through our whole house, go through our business, see how things are run etc. Do we think Nabi (Sallahu alayhi wasallam) will be comfortable in our house, in our Business? Now extend that question also to this, that you inviting this presenter, that presenter. If Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was alive would you have had the guts to go invite him for this? You calling it a Muslim cruise, like everything is 100% kosher, Islamic, permissible. So if it is a Muslim Islamic cruise would you have had the guts to go tell Nabi (Sallahu alayhi wasallam), I’ve got a complimentary ticket for you to come join us on this cruise? Huh? Will anybody have the guts???
So all these Fitnas, at the end of the day, is our capitalistic greed! We want to make money! So we will use anything, Souk! Curise! Whatever we can use, any name and give it an Islamic/ Muslim connotation and it will sell. Because Muslims got so much money they don’t know what to do with it...
...today it’s a cruise, next year it will become something else.
We say it’s a Muslim cruise, why? Because we closed the casino, we closed the night club. But we know the next cruise they will open all this again, but it’s okay! It was filthy they’ll make it clean. It’s like now it tell you, we got a toilet, I’ll give supper in the toilet. I’ll clean it out and put a dastargaan there. Go sit it the toilet and eat! What’s the problem! After you done then we will use it as a toilet again. So will you go?
That’s exactly what they telling us, we got all this Haram things here, prostitution takes place here, there’s a night club here, strip club here, casino here gambling etc. But when the Muslims come well close all this and when the Muslims get off we will open it again....
That’s the one thing, the other is they say the food is all halaal, so the fellow goes and sits in the Casino, but he phones Hadhrat and asked if the food is all Halaal? He’s worried about the chicken, but he’s sitting in a Casino, that he’s not worried about!
So they say the food is Halaal and they closed the Casino etc and made Namaaz facilities. So now it became Muslim. So I want to know now every Muslim male and female that goes on this cruise, all the ladies are in purdah, so what are they going to do? are they going to split the ship in half? Men on one side and ladies on one side? With the dinning hall what are they going to do ? Make separate dining for ladies and separate dining for men? Or will everybody be sitting together and intermingling?
And what will they do with the swimming pool? So that aunt that paid her ticket and decides she wants to show her filthy body off and put on a swimming costume and dive in the pool, can any body stop her !? So how did it become Muslim? What is Muslim about it? This is my problem with it!
Those people going on cruises must go find out from  Muftis whether its permissible or not but don’t use Islam’s name and Muslim’s name because you want to fill your pocket. You want to make all the Muslims come so you say ‘Muslims curise’. There’s nothing Muslim about it! Nowhere in the Quraan Shareef nowhere in the Hadeeth Shareef were we told that we must make Muslim cruises. So don’t fool ourselves...
...May Allah (subhanawatallah) bless us with Qalbisaleem (pure, clean, thinking heart) where we can see right from wrong...
Take the money and go for Umrah no one is stopping you. Why do we have to start this, don’t we have enough fitnah. People in Madrassahs in Muslim Schools, we are getting reports. Muslims schools teachers are getting involved with one another, zina is  taking place you think it’s not going to happen on a ship, people are going for Umrah they committing Zina, think its not going to happen on a ship!...
...It’s all one big lie, we making a mockery of our deen, what we feel like making amal upon we make amal upon. What is not suitable to our nafs, we leave. Then we get this fatwa and that fatwa, today fatwas have become very cheap! Read Deen and see whether all these things fit in with the Mizaaj of our Shariat, do they fit in with the Mizaaj of our Deen.
Deen is Tabligh, Deen is Tassawuf, Deen is Ta’laam etc. Not all of this. This is all filth!....
